Shipping policy

Delivery

We can deliver our products to all addresses within the United Kingdom.

Sweetzone currently deliver orders through DPD/Royal Mail. Please note that delivery times within Mainland UK are typically 48 hours after dispatch. This time may vary due to stock availability, delivery address and circumstances beyond our control.

The following may take 2-5 working days for delivery due to their locations:

Scottish Highlands
Northern Ireland

Once we start International deliveries, we will make this information known on our website and through our social media platforms.

In the event of deliveries being made internationally, our timescale is anywhere from 10-15 days from dispatching.

We have the right to change our method of delivery at any time without prior notice.

Sweetzone will not be liable for any delay in the delivery of products. It is the responsibility of customers to notify the courier company and us within 7 days of your expected delivery date. Failure to do so will result in no further action being taken by us.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please make us aware within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been processed, even within the 24 hour period, we cannot refund or cancel your order. We cannot refund on any items once they have been processed out. Please see our Returns Policy.

To cancel your order you must email us with your order number at info@sweetzone.co.uk to let us know you would like to cancel/amend your order. If your product has not been processed, we will refund your money which should be back into the account used to pay with within 3–10 working days.

Returns

We pride ourselves in selecting only the best items to be sent out to our customers, if however you are not entirely satisfied with the products sent to you please contact us info@sweetzone.co.uk with your order number, photographic evidence and further information. Please get in touch within 10 working days of your order being delivered to you.

Please note that as much as we take extra care in packing our products, sometimes the tubs may get damaged during transit in which case we would suggest buying our bags.

Our Liability

Content, products and services provided in our products are provided by third parties and we may provide links to certain third party websites. We have little or no control over, and within reason are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any such third party products or websites. We therefore do not warrant, endorse or accept any liability or responsibility for any third party products, materials or websites, or for any other materials, products or services of third parties.

Please note that all images of our products on our website are for illustrative purposes. We will do our best to make sure our products are a fair representation of the products, however we cannot guarantee this. Also note that the images of products on our website may not be representative of the actual size of the products.

We cannot guarantee to always have each and every product in stock at all times. Stock that is unavailable will be clearly stated as Out of Stock and will be updated when it is in stock again. We reserve the right to change any products and/or descriptions throughout our website.

If, for any reason, we need to change or alter any products that have been ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and will not process your order until you confirm that you want us to proceed.

Where circumstances are beyond our control, we will not be held liable for lack of performance or the unavailability of this website.

We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, delict (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:

i) use of, or inability to use, the Website; or

ii) use of or reliance on any content displayed on the Website.

Please note that we only provide the Website for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the Website for any commercial or business purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer/device due to your use of the website.

No Waiver

No delay or failure by us exercising any of our rights under these Terms and Conditions will constitute a waiver of that right or any other rights under these Terms and Conditions.

Indemnity by You

You will be liable for any loss or liability arising from or in relation to any breach of these Terms and Conditions or of any applicable laws and accordingly agree to indemnify Sweetzone for any such loss or liability.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of England & Wales. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms of Use and/or any use of the Website shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
