Returns
We pride ourselves in selecting only the best items to be sent out to our customers, if however you are not entirely satisfied with the products sent to you please contact us info@sweetzone.co.uk with your order number, photographic evidence and further information. Please get in touch within 10 working days of your order being delivered to you.
Please note that as much as we take extra care in packing our products, sometimes the tubs may get damaged during transit in which case we would suggest buying our bags.

We have little or no control over, and within reason are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any such third party products or websites. Please note that all images of our products on our website are for illustrative purposes. We will do our best to make sure our products are a fair representation of the products, however we cannot guarantee this. Also note that the images of products on our website may not be representative of the actual size of the products.
We cannot guarantee to always have each and every product in stock at all times. Stock that is unavailable will be clearly stated as Out of Stock and will be updated when it is in stock again. We reserve the right to change any products and/or descriptions throughout our website.
If, for any reason, we need to change or alter any products that have been ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and will not process your order until you confirm that you want us to proceed.
Where circumstances are beyond our control, we will not be held liable for lack of performance or the unavailability of this website.
We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, delict (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:
